- Ensure a quality and food & feed safety culture through the implementation, certification and continuous improvement of effective quality and food & feed safety management systems compliant with ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 and FEMAS standards together with Celtic Chemicals Ltd own requirements in all operations and where applicable;
- Validate the effectiveness of the quality and food/feed/non-food safety management systems through internal and external audit processes;
- Apply a risk assessment methodology, aligned with the context in which we operate, to facilitate our ability to achieve quality and quality management system objectives and continually improve;
- Create a training programme that develop employees' competencies in food/feed/non-food safety and technical skills, increase awareness, manage risk and drive increasing levels of excellence across the organisation;
- Continually review policies, standards and procedures to effectively manage food/feed/non-food safety risks associated with changes in products, processes and technologies;
- Communicate quality and food/feed/non-food safety requirements to employees, suppliers, contractors and other relevant interested parties by establishing specifications for ingredients and packaging materials, product storage and distribution and consumer guidelines.
These commitments will be met through documented and reviewed quality objectives during the Senior

The Company Directors have the ultimate responsibility and authority for the application of this policy. The
Quality Manager is responsible for food and feed safety, for monitoring the quality system and reporting
regularly to the Company Directors and Managers on the QMS implementation, status and effectiveness,
who then relay this to their staff.
